What will she bring to Altrefrontiere?

While we are in a position to accept everything that is happening, we communicate with the “divine” part of every person we meet. We treasure this circumstance and are grateful and aware of the time given to us. This is why we welcome and caress our body, accepting moans and sighs like a song; the stasis and despair as pauses in our music, but remaining ecstatic for each breath that regenerates our “return to action”, feeling our daily gestures as if they were dance, and swimming in the subtle energies, trusting the spiritual protections. If we can transmit all this by dancing, the viewer will be able to exchange his energy with ours and regenerate us together by removing anxiety, psychological dramas and the temporary difficulty of realizing our desires.
With the help of yoga, vipassana meditation, Qi-gong and the regenerative movement we will explore and release organic energy. With the techniques of improvisation and “acting”, we will learn to see ourselves “from the outside”, to get out of the limited and limiting character of “ourselves”.
